Great for a family visit locally. Spotlessly clean, everything worked, towels changed and coffee refill on request via hanging door tab. Limited free car parking behind but Manor Road car park 2mins away with free overnight parking. Reception 1st floor - after checking in no need to contact them again (check out can be via key drop). Excellent location for town. No complaints
My review for this hotel is long overdue. I have stayed at a few travelogues around KT and TW area , by far this one is the best. I discovered this brunch (Walton on Thames Central on Church Street) 3 years ago by chance. Since then, it has been my go to place for leisure or necessities. I have been staying here at least once a week for the past 6 months and never once disappointed. The manager, Sunny, and the team is amazing. They really go extra miles to give guests an excellent stay in their hotel. The housekeeping team is second to none( I once wanted a particular room but the guests just checked out. A Polish lady named Maggie scrubbed that room spotless for me in an hour. It was amazing!). The rooms are always super fresh and clean. I know I will never be happy staying at other brunches ever again (speaking from experience!!); I feel as if this place was my second home. Whenever I need or want a place to stay for any reason in this area, I will only choose this Walton on Thames Central. I just love this brunch so much!!!
Been coming here for work every week for 2 night stay and customer service is lovely and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious the only downside I had was been given a disabled room on 1 stay but staff changed it for the next night . Overall a pleasant stay with lovely accommodating staff.
